General Questions


How long does account setup take? 

We will set up your account immediately upon receipt of the sign up form you submitted. Generally, your account will be up and running within one to two business days.


Why isn't the sign up process instant? 

We are very cautious about spam and require the manual step to ensure that our users are serious and also willing to agree to our anti-spam policy.


What about support? 

DispatchMailer has a great deal of helpful information built into the system and accessible through the "help" button at the upper right when you're inside your account. In addition, you can send us a message via the form on our contact page.


How does DispatchMailer integrate with my website? 

You can put a simple form on your website to allow visitors to subscribe to your email lists.


Can my newsletter look like my website? 

It sure can. Each account comes with 30 great looking pre-built templates you can customize and use. You can also create your own templates and upload them into DispatchMailer.


Pricing Questions 


Why would I pay for e-mail? 

If you're sending e-mail messages to less than 5 people then we would agree with you. You probably don't need DispatchMailer. But, if you are sending newsletters or announcements via e-mail to 10, 30, 50 or more recipients then you owe it to yourself to try our product. DispatchMailer has built in tools that make it easy to send messages to many recipients like import/export wizards, message bounce back reports and custom fields that let you store extra information about your subscribers. We also make it super simple to integrate your mailing list with your website, simply copy and paste the provided HTML into your site and your good to go.


I use a free mailing list program, why would I pay for one? 

Free mailing list programs are fine and there are a lot of them. But we have found that you typically get what you pay for like clunky user interfaces, limited functionality and no real guarantee as to whether your message was received or not. With DispatchMailer we pride ourselves on how easy it is to use our application, we have loaded the application with all the features and functionality you need and we go above and beyond to make sure your messages get to their intended destination.
